ReUse provides FREE pickups for Ohio University students!
Things have been quite hectic over here at ReUse. We are in the final stages of preparation for our annual Ohio University Student Move-Out Activities. Flyers have been distributed, letters have been sent and we're ready to tackle the huge mountain of reuseable items that will be left behind by Ohio University students.
If you are an OU student and would like to schedule a free pickup of your gently used items, you can give our Student Move-Out Hotline a call starting Monday June 9 at 10 am. The hotline number is 740-591-3359, and it will remain open from 10 am to 6 pm until June 18.
ReUse will pick up almost anything you can find in a student's home, from furniture to working electronics to clothing. We will even accept non-perishable food items that are packaged separately from other items, as we are collecting food donation for Good Works, a local organization dedicated to battling rural homelessness. Please remember to pack smaller items in bags or boxes. Also, keep in mind that due to the large volume of items that we receive during move-out, we reserve the right to refuse any item. To avoid this, please make sure that your donations are clean, dry and free of stains, tears or odors.
We hope to see you next week!
