ReUse Benefit at the Union - Update!
Our benefit at the Union this last Friday was a great success. AmeriCorps*VISTA Leo DeLuca, who coordinated the benefit, would like to thank all of the bands who played that night and all of the people who showed up to support ReUse Industries. Here are a few pictures from the night:
For more photos, you can check out our MySpace site where we put together an album which chronicles the benefit! Thanks again to the artists and to everyone who showed up that night! We'd also like to thank Ben from Future Perfect Media for making us the ReUse buttons that we gave away at the show.
Also, if you happened to miss this show, you'll have another chance to come out and support ReUse at our DIY fashion show, Project ReUse, which will be held at Casa Nueva on May 12. The show will start at 10 pm with the Athens-based band Paper Machetes opening up the night, followed by the fashion show (featuring the work of local reuse designers!), and the night will end with Lancaster band Men of Gentle Birth. It's going to be rockin', and we'll be giving you more updates as the date gets closer!
